PEROT MUSEUM > Universe Hall
This immersive media experience consisted of 32 HD monitors configured in 8 columns, 4 monitors high. This 3d animation created an 8 minute fly through of the solar system. The sound design utilizes electromagnetic signals captured by NASA’s Voyager I & II with plasma wave receivers.
The tour then stops on Mars for 5 minutes where a rover works hard on Mars’ surface (a virtual diorama). Docent controls are available to trigger the Mars stopover, and then resume the program.

Visitors ""fly like a bird"" in this whole body 3d interactive. Visitors step in front of the screen, their movements are captured and translated to an on-screen bird avatar, and then they can fly over a forest, mountain and lake, employing body movement to soar, dive, turn and maneuver, while wearing 3d glasses.

NANOBALL!
APPLIED MATERIALS > SemiCon West 2006 NANOBALL
Six pinball games were custom designed for Applied Materials to emphasize nanomanufacturing at the SemiCon West tradeshow. NANOBALL was a very popular attract to the booth and lured many attendees who wanted to test their pinball skills and win a t-shirt.
The six unique games, with 3d character animations, were projected onto two large sails so that everyone could see the market messaging incorporated into the game and, of course, see who was winning.
